2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.316 of 2011 was completed and charge sheet was filed in CC.No.48 of 2012 before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Krishnagiri and the accused were also acquitted on 26.09.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
