ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections341, 294(b), 336, 427, 506(ii), 397 IPC @ into 341, 394(b), 336, 427, 506(ii), 397 IPC r/w 392 IPC in Cr.NO.1150 of 2012, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the sole accused in the above case and a charge sheet was also filed before the learned Sub Ordinate Judge at Tambaram in S.C.No.276/2012 and NBW was issued on 17.04.2013 and it was executed 22.02.2021. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case and prays for grant of bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and further submitted that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner and this is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the fact that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
