By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the petitioner's lands viz., Survey Nos.68/2A, 68/2B, 68/2C, 68/2D, 68/2E, 68/2F, 68/2G in Moongilpadi Village, Chinnasalem Taluk, Kallakurichi District, by considering his application dated 04.12.2023.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was acquired by the petitioner by way of a Sale Deed vide Document No.6999 of 2023 and the revenue authorities also issued patta in favour of the 2/4

petitioner. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has given application on 04.12.2023 to survey the said property and demarcate its boundaries. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. 5.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the application of the petitioner dated 04.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders, for survey of the property and demarcate its boundaries, giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
