(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 50 days in filing the above Appeal against the order dated 12.12.2025 passed in O.A.No.1165 of 2025 in C.S.(Comm.Div.).No.324 of 2025.

Learned counsel for the first respondent filed counter touching upon the merits of the case.

Even though the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfied, in order to give an opportunity, we are inclined to condone the delay on payment of cost of Rs.10,000/-.

Accordingly, the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to each of the respondents on or before 10.05.2026 and file a proof for the same before the Registry. On filing of such proof, the delay is condoned.

List the matter on 02.06.2026 " for compliance".
