..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.8/2016 A/2 dated 09.08.2016 and to direct the 6th respondent granting patta No.223 in favour of the 4th respondent and quash the same. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to quash the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) passed in Na.Ka.No.8 of 2016 dated 09.08.2016.

2. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent would state that the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer was challenged by way of a revision before the District Revenue Officer and he has confirmed the order of the RDO by his order dated 13.11.2017.

3. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner has simultaneously challenged the orders of the RDO in the Writ Petition and also before the Revisional Authority.

4. In the light of the above fact, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
