The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 465,468,471 & 201 of IPC in Crime No.17 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that first accused, who was working in Accounts Section in Salem Municipal Corporation had misappropriated the amounts to the tune of Rs.86,45,906/- and the same was transacted to the accounts of the petitioner and other accused. Hence the complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and she has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for the grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate Crl.Side) submitted that misappropriated amount of more than Rs.50,00,000/- was transferred to the account of the husband of the petitioner and still the amount was not yet recovered. Hence, he vehemently opposed grant of bail to the petitioner.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case against the petitioner and the fact that still the misappropriated amount was not recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
