ORDER

This revision seeks a direction for the disposal of the suit filed in the year 2023.

2. I am not inclined to give a direction because even the pleadings have not yet been completed. A direction under Article 227 cannot be a tool to pressurise the defendant and foreclose his rights in the suit. However, I make it clear that it is always open to the plaintiff to re-approach this court once the pleadings are filed and the documents have been produced.

3. The undertaking of the learned counsel for defendants 1 and 2 that he will file the written statement on or before 30.06.2024 is recorded.
