O R D E R

This petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 13.07.2018, wherein, the petitioner had sought for cancellation of patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent.

2. Mr.K.Parameshwaran, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the second respondent has fixed the date of enquiry on 04.09.2020.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 13.07.2018 in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall issue notice to the fourth respondent and shall give him an opportunity before passing final orders.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
