ORDER
This Criminal Revision has been filed to set aside the order dated 25.02.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.4696 of 2024 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge at Ariyalur.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned
Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the third respondent and perused the materials placed on record. Though notice served on the first and second respondents and the names have been printed in the cause list, today, no one appeared on behalf of the first and second respondents in person or through pleader.
3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the third respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.277 of 2024, filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.105 of 2025, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate II, Ariyalur and it is pending for trial.
4. In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order dated 25.02.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.4696 of 2024 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge at Ariyalur. The Trial Court is directed to complete the Trial in C.C.No.105 of 2025, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed.
