Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents, in connection with the impugned orders passed by 1 & 2 respondents in Lr.No.8783/EI(1)/2011-10 dated 01.02.2013 and Rc.No.34756/ICE/2012 dated 05.02.2013 respectively and quash the same and further direct the 1 & 2 respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for inclusion of his name in the panel for the post of Assistant Director,(I & C) for the year 20112012 and promote him as Assistant Director, (I&C) and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petition was filed, challenging the show cause notice in Lr.No.8783/EI(1)/2011-10 dated 01.02.2013 and Rc.No.34756/ICE/2012 dated 05.02.2013. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents have issued final order and challenging the final orders, the writ petitioner filed W.P.No.10065 of 2013 and the same is pending. Interim order was also granted and the petitioner is at liberty to argue all the contentions raised in this writ petition in the subsequent writ petition filed, challenging the final orders. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. 2.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
