This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and final order dated 05.04.2018 passed in IA.No.74 of 2018 in OS.No.204 of 2016 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge of Panruti. 1/4

The matter was listed for admission on 28.09.2018, and at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, it was adjourned to 09.10.2018. On 09.10.2018, it was adjourned to 24.10.2018. On that day, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 31.10.2018 under the caption "for dismissal". Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioners did not take any step to list the matter. As such the civil revision petition is pending for more than three years without even admission or ordering notice to the respondent. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners either in person or through pleader. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the civil revision petition.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
