Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 4 to 6 and their subordinates from interfering or disturbing the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's agricultural land in S.No.250/14E, an extent of 1.30 hectares in the Village of Kundaveli West Udayarpalaym Taluk, Ariyalur District without following the order dated 16.04.2013 of the second respondent, consequently direct the respondents 4 to 6 to follow the modification order dated 16.04.2013 issued by the second respondent and its consequential order dated 19.11.2013 issued by the fourth respondent in the matter of the acquisition of petitioners' land to lay the proposed 4 lanes road and 2 lanes road viz., VikravandiKumbakonam-Thanjavur NH-45C as reduced the width of 60 meters to 45 meters.
