On 20.07.2018, it was represented that Mr.P.Madhan, counsel on record for the petitioner is not well and adjournment was sought for. The case was adjourned to 27.07.2018.

2. On 27.07.2018 also, a similar request was made and the matter was adjourned for today. Even today (03.08.2018), there is no counsel representing the petitioner and the petitioner has not engaged any other counsel to represent the case.
