The petitioners filed the Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the notice letter No.K.K.Na.B7/265/2020 dated 30.01.2020 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same as arbitrary and direct the respondents 2 and 3 to collect the rent as was prevailing prior to the letter K.K.Na.B7/265/2020 dated 30.01.2020 from the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to withdraw this writ petition without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners.

3. The same is recorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
