Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the Chief Educational Officer, Kancheepuram, the first respondent herein made in Na.Ka.No.6300/Aa5/2016 dated 9.1.2017 and the consequential order issued by the Secretary/Correspondent, Valluvar Gurukulam Higher Secondary School, Chennai-45, the second respondent herein, dated 6.2.2017, quash the same and direct the respondents herein to allow the petitioner to continue to work as Secondary Grade Assistant in the second respondent school with all consequential service and monetary benefits if any due in view of passing of the impugned orders.
