O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a directing the respondent to provide a suitable job in BHEL Limited, Ranipet to the petitioner's daughter within a stipulated time.

2. However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has informed this Court that the writ petitioner passed away on 26.06.2010. Under these circumstances, the daughter of the writ petitioner is at liberty to submit an application, if any, grievances exist to her. In the event of receiving any such representation the respondent is at liberty to pass orders on the merits and in accordance with law.

3.With these observations, the writ petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
