Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of suspension passed in Na.Ka.No.2185/2021/C1 dated 08.04.2021 and the consequential order in Na.Ka.No.2185/2021/C1 dated 02.01.2024 by the respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to reinstate the petitioner in service in any of the non-sensitive post subject to the outcome of the criminal case pending against him in V.A.C.No.3 of 2022,

on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur with all attendant benefits.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
