O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking for relaxation of the bail condition imposed by the Court below.

2. The Court below, while modifying the bail condition have imposed conditions to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.00 a.m until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by the Court below and hence, he prays for relaxation of the above condition.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly from 06.03.2019 to 22.04.2019.

5. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent twice in a month i.e., 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

6. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above modification.
