O R D E R

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that he has given a complaint in respect of not possessing the required license and the complaint was given on 20th April, 2016. 2.However, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that already, a case was registered based on the complaint given by the writ petitioner, registered in PE.39/2017/COOP/VPM dated 30.01.2017 and the investigation is in progress and on completion of the same, all suitable actions will be taken.

3.In this view of the matter, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed.
