O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the complaint pending on the file of CCB, Coimbatore and the summon issued by the second respondent.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that for the very same cause of action, already CCB, Madurai has taken cognizance and investigating the matter. While so, suppressing the fact the complainant has approached CCB, Coimbatore and initiated investigation proceedings.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) after taking notice on instructions states that the complaint pending on the file of the CCB, Coimbatore City has now been transferred to Madurai to be enquired along with the other complaint given by the complainant against the petitioner herein.

4. The learned Senior Counsel states that in respect of the case 2/4

under investigation by the Madurai CCB, the petitioner has received summon and has participated in the enquiry and he will continue to participate in the enquiry as and when called for.

5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 01.07.2024 Vv To
