The petitioner filed an appeal on 18.10.2012 under the Patta Pass Book Act to change the entry standing in the name of his father and mother to his name for the land situated in Kiliyur Village, Valangaiman Taluk, Thiruvarur in Survey Nos.705/13 and 760/4. Seeking early disposal of the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
