PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relevant to the refusal order issued notice under 279 of the C.C.M.C. Act dated 06.04.2016 passed by the respondents4 to 6 and consequently notice issued under Section 379(A) of the Chennai City Municipal Corporation Act IV of 1919 on 29.04.2016 passed by the 6th respondent and quash the same as illegal, improper, unreasonable, arbitrary and against natural justice and thereby direct the respondents to remove the lock and seal put by the respondents in the petitioner's Tiffin Centre by namely Om Sakthi Bhavan Tiffin Centre, No.4/A5, 1st Main Road, M.M.D.A.
