This Petition has been filed to modify the conditions that "...1.The Petitioner/Accused should execute a bond each for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with 2 sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Salem and the sureties should be parents or close relatives are necessary and they should produce necessary documents to own a valuable property...." imposed by the Special Court for EC/NDPS Act, Salem in C.M.P.No.121/2024 dated 07.02.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that except the above said condition the petitioner has complied with the rest of the conditions imposed by Special Court for EC/NDPS Act, Salem.

3.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall execute a bond each for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, of whom, one surety should be a blood surety, for a like sum each and they should produce necessary documents to own a valuable property.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
