2.The learned counsel appearing for writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner is fully qualified for promotion to the post of P.G.Assistant (Biology), however, the case of the writ petitioner has not been considered and the representation submitted by him is kept pending. 3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner dated 24.04.2017, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
