O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.07.2016 against the accused persons for which Receipt was issued in Receipt No.3112/COP/Visitors/2016, dated 11.07.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has sent the complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by post. Hence, the petitioner is directed to appear inperson before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, CCB, Vepery, Chennai, along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 09.07.2016. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into by a Sub Inspector of Police, CCB and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.
