ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the writ petition with liberty to prosecute the appeal stated to have been filed already. In view of the endorsement so made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioner is given four weeks' time from today to pay 25% of the tax amount as a condition precedent for preferring appeal before the appellate authority.
