(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The grievance of the petitioner is that the land of the Highways Department, which is actually a road, has been utilised to shift a municipal school by the second respondent and locate it in such a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

manner that the lane, where the petitioner is residing, is partly blocked. In this behalf, it is stated that the Highways Department / the second respondent, has already addressed a letter to the Corporation / the third respondent on 06.11.2014 for removal of encroachment made by the school. This has been followed up by a representation made by the petitioner on 10.11.2014, which has remained unaddressed.

2.In view of the aforesaid, the matter be looked into by the second respondent and action in accordance with law be taken with the representation of the petitioner being disposed of by a speaking order, after notice to all concerned, within a maximum period of one month of communication of this order.
