ORDER

This petition has been filed to grant an order of interim stay of all further proceedings with respect of decree and judgment dated 28.02.2020 passed in OS No.327 of 2017 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Salem pending disposal of the above appeal.

2.It is seen from the records that service has been complete in the Appeal Suit and this Court has granted an order of interim stay of passing of final decree alone by order dated 03.06.2021.
