This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 298 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 13.02.2020 passed in Crl.M.P. No.31 of 2020 by the learned XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is in order, and list the matter for admission on 27.07.2023. 20.07.2023 bga R.HEMALATHA, J.
