Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to issue subdivision patta to petitioner property to an extent of 6340 sq.ft. after conducting survey in survey number 104/1B, situated at Trichy Main Road, Poonthottam Limit, Villupuram District and there by considering the petitioner online application and representation dated 09.04.2021 and 13.04.2021 respectively.

Mr.John Raja Singh, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for R1 & R2 and is armed with instructions to proceed with the matter finally even at the stage of admission. As https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
regards the private respondents arrayed as R3 to R6, no notice is being issued at this juncture in view of the orders passed.
2. The petitioner prays for a mandamus directing the 2nd respondent, the Tahsildar, Villupuram to issue subdivision patta in regard to the property at 104/1B, situated at Trichy Main Road, Poonthottam Limit, Villupuram District to an extent of 6340 sq.ft. He has also filed representations dated 09.04.2021 and 13.04.2021 respectively, which have been received and acknowledged by the respondents.
3. In the light of the aforesaid and bearing in mind that Mr.Singh has no objection, the following order is passed: A Mandamus is issued directing the 2nd respondent to consider the respresentations, hear the petitioner as well as respondents 3 to 6 and pass orders on the representations dated 09.04.2021 and 13.04.2021, within a period of eight (8) weeks from today, in accordance with law.
4. The writ petition is disposed in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
