2.Having regard to the specific averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is convinced that the petitioner should be permitted to take substituted service to the first respondent in CMA.No.1960 of 2017.

3.Hence, this petition is ordered subject to the following directions:- (a) The publication of notice shall be in Dina Boomi, in the particular edition to ensure circulation in the locality where the first respondent resides.

(b)The notice shall specifically state that the matter will be taken for hearing on 12.06.2023.

(c) The publication shall be made on or before 10.05.2023.
