Writ Petition No.10623 of 2024 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the order passed in W.A.No.3762 of 2024, dated 03.01.2025, was placed before this Court. It is clear from the said order that the Division Bench did not find any ground to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge. However, suo motu contempt proceedings were initiated by the Division Bench as against the Commissioner of Land Administration during the relevant point of time.

2. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the matter was again listed for hearing on 31.01.2025 and on that date, the contemnor was present before the Court and he tendered his unconditional apology.

Thereafter, the matter was listed for hearing after two (2) weeks. Hence, the matter will stand listed before the Division Bench on 14.02.2025. In view of the same, this Court wants to await further orders to be passed by the Division Bench.
