A.No.2087 of 2020 A.No.2087 of 2020 in T.O.S.No.29 of 2019 P.T.ASHA, J., The above application is filed seeking permission to the applicant's son Mr.S.Sharvan to be present before the Assistant Registrar, Original Side, Madras to identify the applicant's signature or to execute a Bond for Rs.25,000/- as per directions of this Court in T.O.S.No.29 of 2015.

2. The applicant would submit that since he had undergone recent surgery he will not be able to come to Chennai to sign the documents and in view of the present pandemic he has also been advised to desist from travel. Taking note of the above submission in the affidavit filed in support of the above application and also the no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondents the application is ordered as prayed for.
