O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to pass final orders on the representation made by the petitioner on 23.09.2022 wherein the petitioner is seeking for cancellation of patta standing in the name of respondents 3 and 4 and issue patta in the name of the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.E.Kannadasan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the second respondent has already submitted a report dated 03.03.2023 to the first respondent, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2022 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to respondents 3 and 4 within a period of 2/4

six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
