This Criminal Miscellaneous petition was disposed of by this Court by the order dated 16.04.2019. The matter is listed today for being mentioned. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an error has crept in, in the second and third lines of paragraph No.6 the order dated 16.04.2019, wherein it has been wrongly typed as, "after registration of the case the petitioner/A-6 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody and later released on bail on furnishing sureties" instead of "after registration of the case the petitioner was let out on bail after furnishing sureties" and thereby, he would request that the said portion of the order may be corrected and copies may be issued accordingly.

3.On the above contentions this Court heard the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases.

4.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the paragraph no.6 of the Order dated 16.04.2019 is to be read as follows: http://www.judis.nic.in

ssi "6.The learned counsel for the petitioner/A-9 would submit that after registration of the case the petitioner/A-6 was let out on bail after furnishing sureties. Thereafter, the trial was conducted and that the petitioner has been convicted as stated above. He would further submit that on a petition being filed, the trial Court had suspended the sentence of imprisonment by four weeks from the date of conviction and that he has also paid the fine amount and he was released on bail."
