This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the case in FIR No.181 of 2012 on the file of the 1st respondent to any other independent investigating agency/3rd respondent to carry out impartial and speedy investigation and to file final report.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram and the same has been taken on file as CC.No.381 of 2015.
3. Recording the same, nothing survives in this petition and this petition stands dismissed.
