This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce an arbitral award by another period of 12 months. 2.Ms.Anisha Gupta, learned counsel representing for M/s.Duo Associates, who has taken notice for the respondent, has stated no objection for allowing this application.
3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application since sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for seeking extension of time.
