ORDER

This Court by an order dated 11.09.2018 directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation regarding transfer of patta. Since the order was not complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned for the petitioner as well as the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent has passed an order dated 27.09.2019 and the learned counsel for the respondent also produced a copy of the order.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order has been passed without considering all the materials and non-application of mind . It is also in total disobedience of the order passed by this Court.

4. On a perusal of the order passed by this Court on 11.09.2018, it is seen that this Court directed the respondent to consider his representation and pass suitable 2/3

orders on merits. Pursuant to the same, the respondent passed an order on 27.09.2019. If the petitioner has any grievance over the order passed by the respondent, it is always open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, this contempt petition is closed, as no further adjudication is required in this petition. SD/- Assistant Registrar (Comm.
