O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 19.03.2025 and for a consequential direction to the 1st respondent to implement the order dated 19.11.2024, wherein the 1st respondent decided to bring the Wakf under the direct management.

2. Heard Ms.A.Ajimath Begum, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Abdul Mubeen, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is not necessary for this Court to go into the issue raised in the writ petition and also the counter affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent. The fact remains that the tenure of the ad hoc Committee comes to an end tomorrow. In view of the same, on the tenure coming to an end, the direct management shall 2/4

be taken by the Wakf as per the earlier decision taken through the resolution dated 19.11.2024.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Connected WMP is closed.
