ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.16706 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24289 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24289 of 2024 by order dated 01.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.16706 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24289 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024 is relaxed.
