ORDER

Even though, originally, the appeal was directed to be disposed off by this Court, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the appropriate authorities finally passed an order on 18.07.2025 granting approval for the 1/3

punishment that was imposed on the petitioner by the private school, which is an aided school.

2. In view thereof, keeping open the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the original dismissal order along with the order, dated 18.07.2025 passed by the Chief Educational Officer granting approval for the punishment, this contempt petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
