Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the Second Appeal dated 15.07.2019 vide case No.CIC/UTPON/A/2019/13664 preferred by the petitioner under the Section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the information sought for by the petitioner under the provisions of the Right to Information Act has already been provided to him, pending the writ petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no effective orders can be passed in the prayer sought for in the present writ petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. No costs.
