2. Heard Mr.Sudharshana Sunder, learned counsel the applicant and Mr.A.L.Ganthimathi for the respondents 2 and 3.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, no serious objection has been raised by the learned Senior counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.
