ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give Police protection to the petitioner's family members, based on the petitioner's wife's complaint, dated 22.10.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had given the complaint, which had not been registered and he further submitted that there is a life threat from the private respondents 3 and 4.

3. Learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that subsequent to the above said complaint, the FIR had been registered.

4. Hence, the respondents 1 and 2/ Police are directed to conduct investigation as expeditiously as possible and file final report/charge-sheet before the Court concerned, within three months from today.

5. With the above observations and directions, this Petition is disposed of. 02.06.2025 cs 2 / 4
