This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.467 of 2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, investigation in Crime No.467 of 2012 was completed and after service of RCS notice in RCS.No.42 of 2012, a closure report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate VII, Coimbatore. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
