O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No. 34802 of 2019, dated 23.01.2020.

The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.34802 of 2019 on 23.01.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has complied with the the conditions till 03.08.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.34802 of 2019 on 23.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month after the lifting of the lockdown until further orders. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
