ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 28.04.2021 and 30.04.2021 as to admit the petitioner to continue/rejoin/complete the final year BCA Course from this 2021-2022 academic year in the 1st & 2nd Respondents college.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the fourth respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

4. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
