ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in para No.6(b) of the order dated 27.02.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.3575 of 2026. __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, strongly objected to this petition on the ground that the victim girl is yet to be secured. He further submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in para 6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.3575 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026 is modified to that effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternate days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
