Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6538 of 2018 in Crl.Appeal No.196 of 2017 dated 22.06.2018 on the file of this Hon'ble Court on condition that the petitioner petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchengode on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m till the disposal of the above Crl.A.No.196/2017.
