This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 29.07.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that this petitioner has lodged a complaint against the Vice Chairman of the Panchayat, alleging that, he had entered the cycle stand and taken some books. This petitioner has sent the complaint by post.
4. The cycle stand is a public place and there cannot be allegation of trespass. As regards other allegations, this does not inspire the confidence of this Court, warranting a direction as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
prayed for.
